ARTC was formed in January of 2003 by seasoned management and investors with the goal of providing the regional roofing and paving asphalt markets a solid, independent supplier. We purchased asphalt tankage, rail, oxidizers, BURA dock and equipment in west metro Atlanta and we were under way.
